Three ways to add a signature
Draw with a mouse, trackpad or touch input. Type a name for a text-based signature. Or choose an existing signature image from your device. A clean image with a transparent background usually sits more naturally on a document.
A visual signature, with clear limits
This tool places a signature image in a PDF. It does not provide certificate-backed digital signing, recipient identity checks, a signing workflow or an audit trail. The recipient decides which signing methods they accept; use their required service when applicable.
Keep signature images in your control
The app processes your chosen document and signature locally. If you use the saved-signature option, reusable signature data is stored in this browser. Avoid saving a signature on a shared device, and remove saved signatures when you no longer need them.
