A useful way to package documents
A cover letter, résumé and supporting documents are easier to review as one file when a recipient asks for a single attachment. Put the cover page first, then the main document, then the supporting pages. Always follow the recipient’s requested format.
Keep control of the final pages
After merging, open Organize PDF to inspect the combined document. You can rotate an upside-down page, move a page or remove an unwanted one. Download a copy before making page changes you may want to reverse.
What to check after merging
Merging combines pages. Interactive fields, bookmarks, signatures and other document-level features may not carry across as you expect. Review the output, especially when merging forms. Existing digital signatures can become invalid when a document is changed.
